2023 JVHA Dues
***DUES ARE NOW $175.00 WHICH INCLUDES LATE FEE***
The JVHA dues for Calendar Year 2023 are in the amount of $150.00 per household. The due date is March 1 as stated in the by-laws* of the Association and are for January 1 through December 31, 2023. These funds are used to maintain our common property of approximately 70 acres; offer homeowner programs & kid’s activities, pay Federal Homeowner Association taxes (non-profit status), pay common land town taxes, cover mailing & administrative costs, and also for insurance purposes.
We now offer a way to pay online through our Jasper Valley website.

If you would rather send a check, payment should be made to “Jasper Valley Homeowners Association and mailed to: JVHA, PO Box 1104, Amherst NH. 03031. You’re also welcome to drop payment and contact information off to any of the board members.

* The JVHA by-laws require that if annual dues are not paid by March 15th, a late fee of $25.00 will be assessed and if not paid by April 1st, an additional $25.00 will be assessed. If annual dues are then not paid by April 15th, a lien is required to be filed on your property in the amount of $200.00 plus filing fees. Interest will accumulate until paid.
