Architectural Change Form

**Please refer to the Architectural Control Committee's Objectives, Guidelines, and Procedures before continuing with this form.**

The Architectural Control Committee was created during the construction of our neighborhood to help keep harmony within the external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography. 

If you do not hear from the committee 30 days after submitting your Architectural Change Form, it is assumed your plan has been approved and in full compliance.

NOTE: In the form below, it will ask you to attach documentation. Please include all paperwork you would have submitted to the Town of Amherst for any permits required. For your protection, inquire with the City and/or County about permit requirements before starting any work on said property.
